2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of authentic Italian luxury bags made through our online store at www.lakrem.ch. Currently, we deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

3. Contract Conclusion

3.1. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

3.2. We will confirm your order via email, which will include all contract details (order number, items purchased, total price).

3.3. Changes or cancellations may be requested by email to workspace@lakrem.ch within 24 hours of placing your order, provided processing has not yet begun.

4. Prices & Payment Conditions

4.1. All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include 7.7% VAT, customs duties, and import fees.

4.2. Accepted payment methods:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
• TWINT
• PostFinance
• Invoice (for business customers only after verification)

4.3. Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

5. Delivery Conditions

5.1. Standard Shipping:

• Free for orders over CHF 500
• CHF 12.99 for orders under CHF 500
• Delivery time: 7-14 business days

5.2. Express Shipping:

• CHF 40 flat rate
• Delivery time: 3-5 business days

5.3. We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping time begins after customs clearance (2-3 business days).

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

6.1. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.

6.2. Return conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be undamaged

6.3. Return process:

1. Contact us at returns@lakrem.ch
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label
3. Securely pack the item in original packaging
4. Attach return label and drop at any Swiss Post location

6.4. We cover return shipping costs within Switzerland.

6.5. Paid customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

6.6. To exchange an item for a different size or color:

• Contact customer service within 14 days of delivery
• Return the original item following our return process
• Once received, we'll ship your new item

6.7. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Warranty & Guarantee

7.1. Statutory warranty of 2 years applies according to Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 210 OR).

7.2. For defective products, please contact us at service@lakrem.ch.

7.3. In addition to your statutory warranty, we offer a 24-month manufacturer guarantee against material and manufacturing defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We assume unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.

8.2. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typically foreseeable damages.

8.3. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded.

8.4. References and links to third-party websites are outside our responsibility.

9. Data Protection

9.1. Your data is processed according to our separate Privacy Policy and Swiss Data Protection Law (DSG).

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
